VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (FULL TIME - DAY SHIFT)
Essential Function:
Booking site administrator
Tasks include:
Email handling
Chat support
QA testing
Creating blogs
Competency:
Graphic designing & editing skills
Good command in English
Qualifications:
College graduate or college undergraduates.
Please INCLUDE a PORTFOLIO or SAMPLES of designs together with your Resume.
Knowledgeable in using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
Excellent multi-tasking skills.
Being able to communicate in Japanese (written and oral communication) is an advantage.

Technical Requirement:
Must have necessary equipment such as a laptop or desktop. Preferably i3 and above. If the equipment you have is run by AMD, check what its equivalent is in Intel.
Stable internet connection.
Privileges:
Full Time - Day Shift
Has the privilege to work at home.
Working hours: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
2 days off / week
10 days of PTO / year
Salary will be ¥50,000 to ¥70,000
Process:
Qualified applicants will undergo a 3 weeks paid testing period.
Within the testing period, applicants must follow company regulations otherwise forfeiture of the payment for the testing period will be imposed.
Once you pass the testing period, you will automatically be on probation for 3 months.
Regularization and salary increase will be implemented once you pass the 3 months probation.
