Process Ninjas is looking for voice support specialists to make outgoing calls to existing clients of a global logistics company. Calls are meant to reconnect with small businesses that are existing customers but are not frequently interacted with.
 
The client dedicates much of their time with their larger customers but they want to hire agents to foster their relationship with the smaller companies that they work with. The end goal is to build a better relationship with their smaller customers while increasing their sales with these companies.
 
Future workflows will include reaching out to new potential customers and booking calls.
 
Hybrid Work Setup: This position is open for 2 days office, 3 days work from home for qualified candidates who can meet hardware and home workspace requirements.
 
Operating Hours: Daytime in the US, overnight in the Philippines.
 
Expectations:
Make outbound calls to existing customers and potential new customers
Assist the client in other tasks related to their support operations.
All written and spoken communication in English requires a high level of professionalism
Clear English pronunciation a must
Empathy and patience are critical
Observe current practices and provide improvements to processes
Flexibility in scheduling - daytime or nighttime shifts
Willingness to move to new projects and adapt to changing workflows
Qualifications
Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
Fluency and neutral speaking tone required for this position.
Good computer skills
Experience in ticket support customer services projects preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Capable of working with teammates or independently
Attention to detail and desire to learn
Work From Home Qualifications - Agents who wish to work from home in our hybrid working arrangement must meet our project requirements and be validated by management as fit to work from home. Agents must have:
Private working space with no external noise that can be heard during calls - traffic, neighborhood noise, roosters or other animals.
Minimum 30mbps high-speed internet
Personal computer with minimum system requirements
