VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
 
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to responsible departments
Record details of inquiries, feedback, etc.
Provide excellent customer service.
Issue invoices to clients as needed.
Research for business information effectively.
Maintain clients' appointments/calendars.
Skills needed:
Excellent organizational skills
Communication skills (prior call center experience is highly preferred.)
Tech-savvy (proficient with the navigation of multiple web-based tools)
Keen attention to details and can multitask.
Data Entry and Web research skills
Reliable and has excellent listening skills
Requirements:
Fluent in American English with a neutral accent is incredibly important. A near-native speaker is a huge plus.  
Has warm and friendly personality
Can work with minimal supervision
1-2 Years experience as a CSR/VA
Preferably Female and Cebu-based applicants.
*Training will be provided so you are expected to work in our office for 1 week before transitioning to Work From Home set-up.
