VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
 
Position Summary:
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Virtual Assistant. The tasks assigned will vary daily, but will be provided to you at the beginning of each week. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with support staff to ensure deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide daily reports regarding upcoming deadlines, tasks, and priorities.
Conduct research and provide findings on specific requests from the management.
Assist with personal assistant duties such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications & Competencies:
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two years' experience as an administrative assistant or in a managerial role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.
