Qualifications:
• Must have at least 2 years of solid BPO experience or 2 years of solid VA experience
• Excellent in English verbal and written communication skills
• At SHS graduate
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
