Job Description:
-Processing Renewals - Quoting, ordering, updating system information.
-Housekeeping - Checking ticket boards and updating/assigning activities.
-Processing Warranty Registrations.
-Processing consumable supply, including managing/booking couriers.
-Answering overflow phone calls.
-Liaising with suppliers/distributors to obtain quotes for proposals.
-Managing specific appointments for Sales Account Managers.
-Preparing Basic quotes/proposals and send on behalf of Account Managers within specific system.
-Answering overflow phone calls.
-Monthly Supplier price list updating for the team.
-Ordering of Microsoft 365 Licensing.
-Ordering of Licenses for Projects.
-Warranty process support.

-Previous experience in an Administrative role
-Ability to process basic quotes and follow through to completion.
-Good presentation and phone skills.
-Self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team.
-Great organisation skills.
-Great time management skills.
-Following processes & procedures.
