Job Role
Help in documentation in Real Estate and Cleaning company and NDIS business of the Owner
Real-Estate duties; Email correspondence and set up appointments with Clients
Cleaning Service duties; Manage few phone calls to cleaners and see where they are and how they are doing, workforce and giving schedule for cleaning workers
NDIS duties; Cold calling and endorse information gathered via email to the owner
Calendar Management
Review internal reports to ensure contractual obligations have been met
Requirements
3-6 years of work-related experience
Good experience in the Australian Real-estate, Cleaning and National Disability Insurance Scheme industry
Knowledge in Australian businesses
Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite especially Excel and Spreadsheet
Experience thriving in fast-paced and demanding environment with ability to be flexible and adapt to shifting priorities
Comfortable interacting and building relationships with individuals at all levels of organization
Superior work ethic and organization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work From Home Requirements
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring
No background noise during work hours
Must not be currently employed full time
