Job Description:
·        With substantial knowledge in Building/Condo or  Community Development or Village/Subdivision Administration
·        Development and Implementation of Rules and Regulations for the Village/Subdivision
·        To maintain good communication with homeowners  Homeowners & Homeowners Association Officers
·        Aid the needs of Homeowners and the entire Village/Subdivision
·        Keep records and prepares  weekly report of the subdivision status to the Project Management Head & President
 
Qualifications:
·        Male or Female with Bachelor's Degree in  any business related courses
·        With at least 1-2 years working experience in Building or Subdivision Management
·        Willing to be assigned in Liloan (North of Cebu City)
·        Familiar with implementing administrative and operational processes in real estate business
·        Very good communication skills and customer rapport
·        Fast learner, very good eye for details  & can work with less supervision
