Description
* Licensed Civil Engineer/Mechanical Engineer
* With or without experience
* Responsible for the efficient and effective operation, coordination and oversight of services provided by the Village such as snow removal and street maintenance; mowing, maintenance of village governmental and public buildings and facilities
* Shall be responsible to the Home Owners for the proper administration of the day-to-day affairs and overall operations of the Village
* Monitor compliance of new house construction or renovation with the Association's regulations and guidelines in coordination with the Director of Construction.
* Coordinate and assist on seasonal community projects such as Board elections, Christmas party, sports fest, etc.
* Attend Board meetings and committee meetings as necessary, and provide data or information related to the items in the agenda
* Other duties may be assigned from time to time by the Board
* Willing to be assign in General Trias Cavite
* Can start immediately
