Signs daily task attendance sheet.
Receives work assignment.
Dust and wiped furniture and empties wastebasket.
Enter and prepare the room for cleaning/GC.
Make beds, if needed.
Dust the room and furniture's.
Tidies and arrange neatly guest toilet articles on vanity top.
Spot cleaning upholstery and drapery when necessary.
Clean the closet.
Check and secure the rooms.
Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guest.
Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required.
Cleans guest bathroom/bed room/floor corridor.
Clean and keeps stockroom and service area neat and tidy at all times.
Check and report any maintenance work required by the supervisor immediately.
Report damaged or missing items and suspicious behavior of the guest to supervisor immediately.
Fills in the room attendant report with accurate time of entering the guest room.
Turns all lost and found articles to Supervisor before off duty.
Responsible for the Condo property in the work area.
Responsible for following the standard operating procedures.
Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction.
Reports to Housekeeping supervisor guest who have dangerous possessions in the room.
Coordinate with Supervisor if items are missing in assigned areas.
Open and record down the time for rooms requested by engineering/maintenance in the housekeeping attendant report.
Attend briefing if needed.
Report to well groomed.
