Stamford ASI is a start-up company that aims to be one of the top service providers for its international clients and the customer support/software industry. We are looking for customer service representatives to handle various customer issues and query through email and live chat support; transactions can be related to client inquiries, product support, billing support or technical support.
We are looking for aspiring Vietnamese Speaker willing to work in Makati.
Responsibilities:
- Can translate documents from Vietnamese into English and vice versa with excellent grammar
- Email marketing (content)
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Vietnamese and English language
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 2 years experience in gaming
- Must have experience in Marketing and/or Customer Service- Native speaker
- Team Player- Knowledgeable of the Vietnamese Market
- Amenable to work and be assigned in Makati
- Salary Package: Up to 60,000 - 75,000
