The Video Editor is responsible for creating high-quality video content to support the company's marketing, training, and promotional initiatives. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
 
Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, training materials, and promotional use
Assemble raw footage and apply appropriate transitions, graphics, sound effects, and background music
Enhance video quality through color correction, audio balancing, and visual effects
Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to understand project objectives and requirements
Ensure all video outputs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual standards
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines
Organize, archive, and maintain video assets and project files for efficient retrieval
Qualifications and Skills
Open to applicants with or without prior work experience
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an advantage
Ability to work independently and effectively respond to constructive feedback
Strong time management skills with keen attention to detail
A bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required
