Essential Requirements:
3+ years of experiences in hands-on video editing experience
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and strong video editing techniques.
Willing to undergo a timed Zoom assessment or 1-week trial period. If shortlisted,

Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift

The ideal candidate will have 5- 6 years of experience in video editing and will play a key role in producing high-quality content for our YouTube channel. This position requires proficiency in Adobe Premiere, an in-depth understanding of efficient rendering workflows, and the ability to optimise export settings for seamless video production.Key Responsibilities:
Edit long-form YouTube content with a focus on storytelling, visual appeal, and technical precision.
Manage and optimize video rendering workflows, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and timely exports.
Configure export settings across platforms to maintain consistency and quality standards.
Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines while upholding a high standard of work.
Troubleshoot and resolve editing/rendering issues, while providing mentorship to junior editors.
Key skills and Qualities:
Proficient in video rendering workflows, export settings, and file formats/codecs.
Strong storytelling ability with expertise in long-form content for YouTube and digital platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
Flexible to work in the Sydney, AU time zone, with availability for overtime.
Willingness to undergo and pass background check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)
Willingness to provide an NBI clearance
