JOB DESCRIPTION
Create engaging long-form YouTube content (10 to 30 minute videos) from footage that will be provided to you. 
Keep YouTube viewers engaged – measured by total views, audience retention, and watch time 
Edit long-form videos into short-form content for IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and for embedding into emails and websites 
Create short-form content from raw footage 
Create motion graphics.
Brainstorm ways to make content more engaging 
Work together on Zoom while sharing your screen and make real-time edits according to recommendations 
Produce and edit content efficiently, quickly, and effectively 
JOB QUALIFICATION
With experience in Video Editing, Graphic Design, Animation and motion graphics 
Competent in Adobe Photoshop 
Competent in Adobe After Effects 
Follows and has an interest in TikTok culture 
Watches YouTubers and TikTokers 
Has an artistic and creative editing style 
Coachable and eager to learn and get better 
Must be able to meet assigned deadlines
