We are looking for talented Storytellers to be part of our creative team.
 
VIDEO EDITOR
 
Role: The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product that's suitable for the project. The material may include footage, sketches, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects. This is a key role in the storyboard process and your skills can determine the quality and delivery of the final product. You'll usually work closely with the creative team to achieve the desired end result.
 
Working Hours: 10AM - 7PM (including 1 hour lunch break) Mondays - Fridays

Responsibilities:
Inputting uncut rushes and sound, and synchronising and storing them into files on the computer
Digitally cutting files to put together the sequence of the film and deciding what's usable
Creating a 'rough cut' (or assembly edit) of the programme/film and determining the exact cutting for the next and final stages
Re-ordering and fine-tuning the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the film/video.
Handling video equipment with proper care and ensuring it’s all organized.
Job Requirements
Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience in editing with nesting
Can do basic sound design
Must have great storytelling skills
After Effects and Photoshop skills a big plus
Took up Multimedia Arts in college or any similar course
At least 2-3 years experience working in video editing
A keen eye for detail and a critical mind
Creativity and a passionate interest in film and video editing
Has organisational and time management skills
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary: based on experience and fringe benefits will be offered to successful candidates.
