We create engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok (Real Estate division). Our content showcases construction projects, customer testimonials, DIY tutorials, and highlights why we're "Built Different."Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-quality short-form (social media) and long-form (YouTube) video content
Create videos in both 16:9 and 9:16 aspect ratios for different platforms
Develop compelling content around construction phases, finished projects, customer testimonials, and DIY tutorials
Support internal training video production
Maintain brand consistency across all video content
Meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work
Collaborate with marketing and construction teams for content ideas
Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Experience creating content for multiple social media platforms
Strong storytelling abilities and creative vision
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of construction industry preferred but not required
