We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for crafting and refining engaging video content through expert editing techniques and uploading to multiple social channels. This role demands proficiency in editing software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring a compelling narrative to life visually. As a key member of our team, the Video Editing Specialists will report directly to the Director of Marketing, collaborating closely to elevate our brand through visually stunning and impactful video content.

Job Responsibilities:
Video Editing
Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to craft high-quality, visually appealing long-form and short-form videos
Edit raw footage to tell cohesive and compelling stories that align with our brand identity
Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the overall video quality
Creative Collaboration
Work with the marketing team to understand project goals, objectives, and creative concepts
Provide input on visual storytelling, pacing, and other editing-related considerations during the creative process
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all video content
Social Media
Optimize video content for various social media platforms, keeping abreast of platform-specific editing trends and requirements
Edit content for different aspect ratios and resolutions as needed for effective online distribution
Schedule the uploading and publishing video content on various social media platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
Product and Audience Integration
Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and target audience to tailor editing styles accordingly
Seamlessly integrate marketing messages into video content while maintaining a visually engaging narrative
Reporting
Monitor and analyze video performance metrics, providing regular reports on key performance indicators
Use data-driven insights to refine video strategies and improve engagement
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of video content
Qualifications:
Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in storytelling, pacing, and visual creativity
Expertise in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools
Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
A passion for staying updated on industry trends and continuously improving editing skills
Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking and reporting video performance
Solid understanding of social media platforms and their video content requirements
Proactive, highly motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable and fast learner, able to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and processes to meet evolving business needs.

Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
