Duties and Responsibilities:
Issue Official and provisional receipts for all cash and checks collected/received
Prepares checks and Daily Collection report
Prepares cash on hand for the audit count
Deposits the cash and checks collected to the company&# bank account
Facilitates the replenishment of the branch petty cash fund
Assists buyers regarding their payment concerns
Releases checks to assigned payees coming from Head Office
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor& Degree in Business or in any related course
Excellent communication, and mathematical skills
At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Computer literate
