What you will need to qualify
More than three years of veterinary medicine experience, working hands on with cats and dogs
Experience in working in insurance field a plus
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
Handy with MS windows and other computer applications
Customer service experience or customer service oriented skills, such as empathy, active listening, and resolution minded aptitude
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
What your typical day will consist of
Interact with veterinary professionals and colleagues from other departments
Handle pet claim inquiries with compassion and active listening
Gather clinical information, criteria information and work within regulatory guidelines
Positively participate in company events, in team meetings, and support your peers
