We are looking for a receptionist for our upcoming Mandaue branch. Training will be one or two months at our main office in Cebu City before deployment to Mandaue City.
Qualifications:
Must have at least a 2-year college degree.
Female. Willing to be trained.
Team player. Can perform under pressure. Pet lover.
Applicants must be willing to be trained in Sambag 1, Cebu City before being deployed to Mandaue City.
Responsibilities:
Welcomes clients and answers or refers inquiries in person or by phone.
Promotes and explains in-house products and services to clients.
Performs front office cashiering & minor administrative/accounting duties.
Performs and maintains inventories.
Maintains a clean and well-organized working environment.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Take Note:
We do not provide boarding provisions.
A "probationary receptionist" is already entitled to regular & special holiday pays, overtime pays & 13th month pays. A "regular receptionist" will be subjected to PhilHealth, SSS, HDMF & withholding tax deductions.
Normal working schedule at AVCI are Mondays to Saturdays, 9am-12pm & 1pm-6pm.
Salary:
P13,000 per month not yet inclusive of overtime pays, regular holiday pays & special holiday pays.
