This Position Reports To: Verification Team Lead
Timeline: Immediate Start
Job Description:
To conduct the verification of employment history, qualifications, licenses and professional memberships in accordance with MyPass Global’s processes, procedures, productivity, quality and timeframe benchmarks.
We require someone to support our growing customer support and verification team.
Key tasks will include updating online worker profiles (within our software system), digital documentation management, image formatting/cropping, verification of qualifications and licenses using online checkers if available and general business administration support.

Fluent in English
Key Selection Criteria:
Attention to detail and a methodical, systematic approach to your work (essential)
Excellent computing skills (including Excel, Word)
Excellent database administration skills
Experience with managing digital images, cropping, formatting
Experience with a variety of customised software applications
Clear and accurate communication
Understanding of Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industry preferred
Willingness to work Night Shift (9:00pm-6:00am) & to work on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) is preferred
