Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related to vendor management or customer interaction center is required for this position
Required Skill(s): Proficient in MS Office, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent decision making and negotiation skills, Effective in building business relationships
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
Extensive knowledge in managing metrics, KPIs, KRAs and do deep dive analysis to understand performance
Advance reporting background and ability to build reports independently
Excellent understanding on vendor, performance and customer service, technical support KPIs
Able to plan and strategize what is needed to manage day to day outsource partner operations
Preferably a local resident of Pampanga

Job Description
Manages vendor's performance in accordance vs contractual obligations for voice and non-voice transactions
Monitors compliance to contract provisions
Oversees functions on vendor's delivery of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and work with the former if performance is below par
Acts as vendor's point of contact and ensures vendor's operational strategy is aligned with the company
Ensures to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance
Assists in handling vendor's issues and concerns and presents to management as required
