What you'll be doing
Develop effective relationships with, and influence, internal and external stakeholders including repairers, insurers, members, third party direct, brokers third-party insurance companies
Champion the voice of GoGet members through the damage process
Assess damage repair costs to ensure all repair costs are fair and reasonable
Determine accident liabilities with legislated Road Rules and explaining liability decisions with stakeholders
Negotiate with various stakeholders (third parties, third party insurers, third party hire car companies and suppliers) for fair and reasonable pricing
Take Joint responsibility for the maximization of the efficiency and availability of our assets by, for example, minimizing off-road time and ordering stock parts
Investigate damage and keeping unallocated losses to a minimum
