VEHICLE APPRAISER
REPORTS TO: Appraisal Department Manager
LOCATION: CEBU Office: 5TH Floor, ML Building, B. Benedicto Street North Reclamation Area Cebu City
DEPARTMENT: Appraisal Department
DIVISION: ML Loans Division
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs vehicle inspection to note the actual vehicle condition, specific features, and potential issues
Gather and verify data from online and local records, market listings in relation to comparable data from market trends and fair market value
Prepare ML Vehicle Appraisal Report and align accurate records of vehicle evaluation
Conduct market research on vehicle trends and pricing
Provide excellent ML customer service and continue in building relationships with business relationships with ML colleagues
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
Knowledgeable in vehicle appraisal, claims adjusting or automotive valuation
Car lot / dealership experience
Mechanics and strong automotive knowledge
Good verbal and written communication skills
Possess good critical thinking and ability to professionally interact with all ML personnel
COMPENSATION: Entry level
