Job Description
Knowledge of design techniques, phases, tools, theories, and principles involved in the production and submittal of models, plans, drawings, specifications, construction details, etc.
Demonstrates critical thinking and communication skills, including written and verbal comprehension and speaking, to assist in the design development process.
Demonstrates time management skills to facilitate project and departmental goals.
Ability to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and the Internet to assist in completing various design aspects of the position.
Ability to operate various design formats (Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, etc.) to assist in the production of assigned work.
Demonstrates a positive attitude and good public relations.
Demonstrates strong initiative, independence, and willingness to take on responsibility and proactively approach challenges as an active team member.
Demonstrates a consistent commitment to RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Architecture / Urban Studies; Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
Software Requirements Required: Revit, Auto CAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam & Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Five (5) or more years' background in working with architecture, engineering, MEP systems, and construction.
Five (5) or more years' BIM design experience required with immersive BIM and design coordination, performing clash detection and resolution.
