Description
*Encode daily sales invoices of assigned vans
*Encode daily van inventory sheets provided or counted by the van crew.
*Highlight all products with discrepancies in the system versus actual inventory and communicate any re-count that must be done
*Encode final or reconciled inventory count sheets
*Prepare van balancing reports to reflect any shortages or overages of vans
*Coordinate van balancing reports to the Human Resources department for proper courses of action
*Execute spot audits on truck inventories and count accuracy
*Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance & Accounting Manager
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): Tagalog
