MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Identifies key areas for improving waste elimination, lead time improvement, cost reductions, alternative components, scrap reduction, testing and process improvements, etc
Works and coordinates with engineers, area experts and other support groups in formulating Value Engineering Solutions
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILL NEEDED:
Can confidently communicate and coordinate with project stakeholders (internal and external customers)
Fast learner and can work with minimum supervision
Strong initiative for self learning and continuous improvement
Ability to handle simultaneously occurring tasks/projects
With project management and leadership qualities an advantage
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any of the following Bachelor's Degree (Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Material Science)
Three-year related experience; preferably in Semiconductor and/or
Electronics Manufacturing, is an advantage
Amenable to work in Binan Laguna (Hybrid work Setup)
Newly graduate is acceptable; preferably student leader
