Degree in Computer Science from a recognized institution and professional certificate in a software
developing language or database administration (preferably Python or visual basic programming
language and any Relational Database Management System)
At least 40 hours relevant training related to systems development preferably using Python or
visual basic programming language
At least one (1) year of work experience as a software developer for both
(a) the design/development of information systems implemented in client/server architecture using
open source and proprietary software
(b) the design and development of dynamic, database-driven websites and web applications.
Good knowledge of MS SQL stored procedure and function and has experience in developing an
application with a relational database
Able to work under tight deadlines, can manage multi-task requirements, has high attention to
detail and a high degree of pro-activity and initiative
Well-developed interpersonal and team working skills, initiative, persistence and positive attitude
Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact
professionally with a diverse group of staffs
