§ Pre-starting check-up of equipment; its components controls and accessories.
§ Repair, replacement and calibration of chilled water pipe accessories such as; temperature and pressure gauge, air vent, isolation valve, balancing valve and motorized valve.
§ Perform necessary repair works on chilled water pipe leaks and insulation.
§ Quarterly flushing of chilled water pipe Y-strainer.
§ Perform necessary repair works and replacement of air filters cooling coils, canvass connector and pillow block bearing.
§ Repair and replacement of AHU housing, plenum box, return and supply duct fiberglass insulation.
§ Cleaning of drains and de-clogging of restricted drain pan including the de-clogging of main drain pipe P-trap on a monthly basis.
§ Dismantling and re-installation of AHU and FCU motors including replacement of motor bearing, application of insulating varnish and baking motor winding as required.
§ Repair and replacement of defective motor control components such as; magnetic contactors, relays, busted pilot bulbs, selector switch, electrical gauges, etc., including DDC controller and its components such as smoke detector, pressure differential switch air flow, etc.
§ Re-painting works on AHU and FCU housing, blower housing, shafting and piping.
§ Perform welding, brazing and fabrication works as required.
§ Repair, replacement and installation of additional electrical fixtures such as lighting's, convenience outlets, switches, etc.
§ Provide soccalo and other structure modification to avoid water overflowing.
§ Repair and installation of split type and window type A/C units for FSI offices.
§ Conduct daily mall / cinema temperature reading and submit the same to FSI engineering on a daily basis.
§ Performs preventive maintenance on VAC equipment based on scheduled preventive maintenance program.
§ Quickly responds to tenants trouble calls and emergency breaks.
§ Monthly submission of accomplished works for documentation purposes.
§ Maintains cleanliness and neatness in all air conditioning equipment areas.
§ Technical aptitude.
At least Two years in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Technology, Technical, or equivalent and must have a minimum of two (2) years industrial/facility maintenance experience on solid state drives and control system.

· Must be able to trouble-shoot electrical/mechanical problems. Trade test certificate from TESDA is required for lead a/c technician. With pleasing personality and has good moral character.
