Virtual Assistant Recruiter's responsibilities include screening and sourcing candidates through end to end recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling interviews for candidates
Screening & contacting potential candidates
Sourcing possible prospects in various job portals
Creating a job description needed by clients
Performing background checks and verification of a candidate's qualification
Assessment of candidate profile through ATS
Endorsement of qualified candidates to the hiring manager
Communicate with the client regarding candidate record & update
Requirements:
Must possess at least 2-5 years of recruitment experience in different industries such as Construction, Sales, Finance, & Marketing
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Experience in managing RecruiterFlow and Linked Helper is an advantage
Good knowledge of candidates' selection methods
2-5 years of experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Perks:
Salary: P30,000-P40,000
