Final Photo Inc. is looking for a Virtual Assistant- Quality Control working in a graveyardshift setting, to assist us with processing jobs for a client: AutoHDR to delivery within Tonomo.
Basic outline below:
Photo QC
Download photos from Autohdr folder in Dropbox
QC photos and complete edits as required
Add drone pin and outline to drone photos
Rename photos eg NC1SmithSt01.jpg
Compress photos using JPEGMini
Upload completed photos to Dropbox
Sync property in Tonomo
Photo Edits
Add fire to fireplace
Remove bins, shampoo bottles etc
Remove photographer/camera reflections in glass & mirrors
Remove photographer/camera shadows
Remove photographer hand covering sun
Other object removal as requested from photographer
Floorplans
Adjust labels, remove dimensions etc as required in Cubicasa
Download final floorplan and add to our template
Adjust floor area and compass as required
Save and compress floorplan using JPEGMini
Upload completed floorplan to Dropbox
Needs previous RE experience so they know what to look for, and able to edit the odd RE photo when AutoHDR stuffs up.
Some other positives would be:
Social media scheduling within Buffer (our account only)
General project management within our team of 3 photographers
Replying to client emails and completing revisions as required
Previous experience using Tonomo
