A Virtual Assistant must have a strong sales, accounting, admin, and customer service knowledge to complete clerical projects. The work will include the following tasks:
Responding to emails and phone calls
Tracking Client Toner levels
Making and Assigning Tasks
Dispatching Techs
General Research
Reaching out and Tracking customer contact lists
Keep records of calls, sales and document useful information
Document customer's personal information accurately in a computer system
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
Basic knowledge of accounting
Fast-learner and can work with less supervision
Sales experience is a plus but not required
At least 6 months of accounting-related experience
BPO experience is a plus but not required.
Excellent customer service
Keen to details and deadline
No other part-time/freelance activities
Can work in a shifting schedule (morning shift, mid-shift, night shift and graveyard shift)
MUST be willing to work in the office
