You need to mentor and guide other UX Designers, UI developers, visual designers. To collaborate with Product Managers, functional experts and Developers independently. Project Role : As a member of the user experience team, you are responsible for defining strategies and planning design activities throughout the product development process. . Collaborate with functional and product teams to produce task flows, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes . Develop detailed wireframes along with interactions . Work independently with members of product management, functional and development on the design of products . Guide Visual Designer on the approach and Accessibility compliance . Author and contribute to design research, white papers, and product UI specifications . Educate individual developers, product managers and functional teams about UX process and deliverables . Mentor designers within team and share knowledge to design community Job Role / Your future duties & responsibilities : . Bachelors or Master's degree in Interaction design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related discipline . Industry experience in UX or visual design and prototyping UIs for products/services . Must have good knowledge UX design principles of visual design across platforms (Web, Mobile, Tablets) . Must have good communication and people skills in working in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative environment . Should have strong knowledge of Axure, Photoshop, HTML, CSS, other prototyping tools . Must have portfolio available for review Technologies required : . Must have strong understanding of UX principles and understanding of Visual design principles . Strong conceptual and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to prototype and design elegant UI solutions to user problems Skills : Mandatory Skills: Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Expert in prototyping tool like - Axure, good to have knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive Design Desired Skills: Visual Design, Good knowledge in all Adobe tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc Skills: Communication (Oral/Written) Listening User Interface Design What you can expect from us: Build your career with us.
