Provide Human Centered Design (HCD) and UX best-practices to design complete user experiences that both meet client business and technical needs. . Develop personas integrating demographic and emotionality to provide user archetypes when creating value-driven hypotheses . Experience in the science of user research including reduction of bias, usability testing and the art of UX design, proficient in conducting user research as needed, facilitating design workshops, and eliciting high-impact solutions. . Ability to take a user-centered design / human-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs from low-fidelity to high . Apply user research analysis to design optimal user journeys, process maps and journey maps . Develop approaches to demonstrate metric-based effectiveness of usability . Develop wireframes/mockups to visually communicate solutions Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Able to obtain Public Trust clearance . Ability leading moderately complex business analysis efforts. . Technical expertise in one or more business analysis related disciplines. Exhibits strong communication skills, facilitation, interview, formal document writing and presentation skills. . 3-5 years of related work experience with advanced knowledge of SDLC methodology and UML. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS . Project Management experience is a plus . Prior Federal experience is a plus .
