We are looking for a UX Designer to design software, mobile apps and platforms that meet people’s needs. As an experienced designer, you will participate and lead world-class projects, and enjoy collaborating with peers and clients alike to solve complex design problems.  You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems.

Understand product specifications and user psychology
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
Interpret data and qualitative feedback
Create user stories, personas and storyboards through user research and data
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

Prerequisites   
 
You have 6+ years experience as UX Designer or similar role
You have excellent presentation skills
You have user research, usability testing and prototyping knowledge
You are proficient in design tools (E.g. SketchApp, Photoshop, Keynote, etc)
You have clear understanding and love for white-space and all that jazz (design principles)
You are wildly creative, meticulous and addicted to the quality of craft
Strong portfolio of design projects
Background in project management and research is a plus
