🧩 What You'll Be Doing
Design and maintain Figma component libraries, styles, and UI kits
Create responsive layouts and reusable elements across the product
Ensure visual consistency and scalability across all design deliverables
Collaborate with engineers for smooth handoffs and accurate implementation
Conduct light UX exploration (flows, wireframes, prototypes) when needed
Help document and evolve the product's design guidelines and system patterns
Participate in design reviews and collaborate asynchronously across teams
✅ Who You Are
3-5+ years of experience as a UX or UI Designer
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variants, and Component Properties
Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices, usability, and responsive design
Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with design and product goals
Strong communicator who documents clearly and collaborates well in remote teams
Bonus: Experience working with engineers or maintaining design systems in production
