We're a SAAS platform developer focused on the legal industry. Our goal is to create interfaces that are intuitive and engaging for our various users. As UX Business Analyst, you will be in charge of helping us deliver this goal by conducting user research and coming up with improvement ideas on our existing software products.
Your responsibilities include:
Conducting user research, creating personas, and developing design requirements based on user needs
Analyzing user data and looking for opportunities for improvement
Recommending improvements to the information architecture of our software products
Creating user-driven business specifications and communicating them to business and development teams for estimation and approval
Designing prototypes
Keeping abreast of relevant products and industry tends
Planning and launching A/B tests for design and content optimization
Measuring and monitoring results
Qualities / Experience We're Seeking
Prior experience with software planning and design
Writing software specifications
Big-picture-thinking and analytical-thinking mindset
Understanding of the principles and psychology behind good UX/Visual design
CRO / A/B Testing
