Job Title: Utility StaffESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND BASIC DUTIES
· Overall Cleaning of assigned work areas inside and outside of the property.
· Disinfection of Frequently Touched Areas.
· Running Errands.
· Assisting other staff if needed
· Perform a variety of grounds and utility maintenance tasks
· Understand and follow written and verbal instructions
· Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others
· Physical capability sufficient to perform job tasks
· Perform other duties that are assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
· At least High school Graduate
· Preferably with experience as utility
· Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
· Trustworthy
· Cooperative
· Knowledge of utility equipment and materials
· Ability to work well with others
· Willing to be assigned in Caloocan
