BRIEF OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of company premises and equipment including but not limited to comfort rooms, parking lot, bodega, office areas, pantry (grease trap)
QUALIFICATIONS
With work experience in cleaning and maintenance
Knows how to operate cleaning tools/machineries such as vacuum, pressure washer, etc.
Physically fit, capable of lifting and working with heights (using ladder, etc)
Can handle pressure and time-sensitive tasks
With characteristics such as positive attitude, professional work ethics, proactive and problem solver
Organized / systematic
