1. Clean and maintain orderly condition of the compound, vacant apartment units, external areas of occupied apartments, garages, shops, storage rooms, toilets and entire premises including outside perimeters.
2. Water plants and cultivate and maintain planter boxes.
3. Reports needed repairs and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, etc.
4. Does other assigned tasks.
Skills Required:
1. Agile, strong and hardworking.
2. Self-motivated and can work with minimum supervision.
3. Must know how to properly use brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners and other cleaning/maintenance tools.
4. Pleasing personality.
Experience:
Two (2) years experience as janitor/utility man
