Description
The Utility Helper/Cook is expected to perform the following tasks:
1. Assist in a variety of general maintenance, grounds, and custodial duties related to maintenance and repair of facilities, grounds, and buildings.
2. Help prepare and maintain routine records as assigned; order supplies according to established procedures.
3. Report safety hazards and the need for maintenance and repair.
4. Maintain the cleanliness of the whole company.
5. Do the errands for the company.
6. Purchase ingredients and food.
7. Cleans and prepares the food (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) before lunch or dinner time.
8. Estimates expected food consumption and organize preparations
9. Keeps records and accounts of food purchases
10. Store all food properly
11. Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils.
12. Perform other related tasks deemed necessary by the management.
