• Graduate of BS Nursing
• Must have at 3 years working experience as USRN Team Lead in BPO industry handling utilization management (UM)
• Clinical experience of at least 2 years
• Holds an active/unrestricted USRN License (Mainland/Territorial)
• Can start ASAP
• Can work in a shifting schedule
• Amenable to work in different areas of Metro Manila
