Responsibilities
• Performs daily monitoring and evaluation for calls (inbound/outbound), medical cases review and/or treatment plan cases. Keeps proper documentation of work and reports for daily/weekly/monthly
Qualifications
• Graduate of BS Nursing
• Must have at 3 years working experience as Quality Assurance in a BPO industry handling utilization management (UM)
• Holds an active/unrestricted USRN License (Mainland/Territorial)
• Can start ASAP
• Can work in a shifting schedule
• Amenable to work in different areas of Metro Manila
