Primary Responsibilities:
Training delivery of NCLEX modules to prepare nurses to have a successful NCLEX-RN certification
End to end classroom/training management
Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively manage performance of the class
Implementation of efficient training methods (i.e. test-taking strategies, etc.)
Training need analysis, researching, designing and developing content such as module outlines, presentations, trainer's guide, participant's guides and other training material
Provide that feedback, coaching and other learning initiatives based on identified training needs
Conducts follow-up training sessions to measure training effectiveness
Creation of training materials including assessments related to NCLEX review
Ensures relevance and quality of training materials and updates the training materials as warranted
Creation of reports that track progress and performance of classes
Training governance activities including consistent touchpoints with stakeholders
Ensures compliance to organizational policies and procedures
Assists the Clinical Academies in securing other NCLEX requirements, as deemed necessary
Contributes to other Clinical Academy programs (i.e. EVOLVE, CPD, CEU, DUET etc.)
Institute partners of clinical development team for the purpose of seeking feedback and incorporating the same into training modules, as and when needed, and identifying the right program or seeking guidance
Vendor management, for any material/ service availed for training and to collaborate on ensuring good performance in the classes
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
College degree holder (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
Active/Non-Restricted Philippine Registered Nurse license
Active/Non-Restricted US Registered Nurse license
Minimum 2 - 3 years of hospital/clinical bedside experience
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in NCLEX review/training delivery and proficiency addressing NCLEX test-taking strategies (inclusive of New Generation NCLEX)
AboveaverageknowledgeofMSOfficeapplicationslike-Outlook, MS Teams, PowerPoint,MSWordandMSExcel
Proven technical aptitude and proficiency with good analytical and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge in ADDIE and relevant training delivery techniques both for instructor led face to face or virtual training
Proven workable capability in project management and delivery
Proven workable capability on digital content creation
Proven high aptitude for systems, procedures, process control and development as well as project management
Proven self-directed worker with a solution-based mindset
Proven solid listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Proven superior interpersonal/customer service skills with solid phone presence
Proven solid organizational skills and multitasking abilities
