The US Registered Nurse role is expected to coordinate the execution and continued quality of the client's department processes,
Perform assigned duties including but not limited to:
Telephonic on-line authorization of routine services,
Contacting specialty care providers,
Monitoring patient eligibility, and performing online data entry of routine authorizations/denials.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Must have an active PRC Nursing License
Must have an active USRN License
At least 1 yr hospital bedside care experience
Preferably with BPO / CSR experience under Healthcare Account
Must be a valid Philippines passport holder
Willing for a temporary work-from-home set-up
