A day in the life of...
Incident and Request Management
o Document all request and issues related to User Administration in the Service Management tool and escalate to proper Assignment Group if needed
o Perform initial analysis and provide resolution to issues related to User Management
User Account Management
o Manage User Account creation, modification, & deletion
o Manage User access in shared folders, generic mailbox and security groups
o Grant/Remove access to GLOBE application which requires security access
Others
o Prepare reports required by market and operations such as KPI Report.
o Drive initiatives that will improve and deliver efficiency in the service thru NCE methodology.
o Interacts with Regional and Global Security team
What will make you successful
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 1 year experience in User management support or IT Support
Intermediate technical background in SAP or Microsoft Tools would be a plus
Advance skills in MS Excel, working knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint, Visio and Access
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent in oral and written communication
Excellent customer service skills
Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Willing to work on shifting schedule
