Job Description : Description: RECOMMENDED BILL RATE: $14 to $17 (must bill in USD) CANDIDATE SUBMISSION: Prefer local candidates DURATION: Contract only (6 months) INTERVIEW PROCESS: conduct phone interview first and video interview Position Titl Job Description : Description: RECOMMENDED BILL RATE: $14 to $17 (must bill in USD) CANDIDATE SUBMISSION: Prefer local candidates DURATION: Contract only (6 months) INTERVIEW PROCESS: conduct phone interview first and video interview Position Title: Technology Risk Analyst Job Summary/Basic Function: The Technology Risk Management (TRM) Security Awareness, Training, Education, and Communication (SATEC) Program is ultimately responsibility is to reduce risk to DTCC by ensuring all employees and contingent workers know, understand, and following DTCC's information and cyber security requirements and perform and operate in a secure manner. This role will report to the SATEC Program Manager. The Technology Risk Analyst will assist in enhancing and growing the security awareness program to mitigate human risks. The incumbent will work with technical and non-technical users to enhance the program, implement planned initiatives, and to communicate with DTCC workers. This is a highly collaborative role with a blend of non-technical and technical responsibilities such as developing security training and awareness content, analyzing phishing campaign data to identify themes and trends, reporting, and coordinating security events. The essential duties listed below are intended to describe the general content and responsibilities of this position, yet not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties. ***Note, this is not an auditor, DevOps, third-party risk management, or cyber security incident responder type of role; however, we work with these teams. The incumbent is expected to work remote initially due to COVID-19 and then onsite in the Manila office post COVID-19. Ensure the TRM SATEC Program communicates DTCC's Information Security (IS) policies, control standards, and requirements so that employees know, understand, and can follow them. Identify the top human risks to the organization and the behaviors that need to change to mitigate those risks, Contribute to maintaining TRM SATEC Program's goal to effectively change behaviors so DTCC's workforce act in a secure manner, reducing the most risk to our organization. Contribute to creating a positive program that engages employees, to include focusing on changing behaviors both at home and at work. Ultimately, we want DTCC's workforce to demonstrate the same secure behaviors regardless of where they are or the devices they are using. Support the maintenance of the TRM SATEC Program to be long term so ultimately not changing just behaviors but the organizational culture. Assist in creating a metrics framework that can effectively measure delivery on these requirements to include specifics of phishing, repeat clickers, serial clickers, employee training, and other security awareness metrics. Assist in the development and distribution of security awareness announcements, newsletters, online content, and job aides. Aide in the maintenance of the TRM SATEC SharePoint site and intranet page. Assist in capturing and publishing meeting minutes. Education & Work Experience: College degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Marketing/Communications. Experience in working in a cyber security awareness program is preferred and/or is working in capacity where creativity was needed to increase employee engagement and influence behaviors. Experience working in cross-departmental teams is required. Content development skills is required (i.e., blogs, newsletter and intranet page articles, PowerPoint, and training). Writing samples is a plus. Familiar with security and risk-related standards, frameworks best practices is required. Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision. Project management experience is a plus. Knowledge and Skills Required: Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills Demonstrated flexibility, cooperation, collegiality and teamwork abilities Demonstrated data analysis abilities to aid in identifying training gaps and delivering training to the right people at the right time Extremely strong attention to detail Confidence and presence when working with senior management Multi-tasking and follow-up skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry files and materials. Position requires adequate vision, hearing and manual dexterity to interact with people in person, on the phone, via teleconferencing and in writing.
