In this role, your duties and tasks include:
Candidate Generation and Management: executive/specific searches and data mining of Bullhorn and LinkedIn, internet advertising, refreshment of inactive candidates to active candidates, HOT LISTS for key float skills
Conducting general and role-specific prescreening interviews via phone, assisting in ensuring candidates are well-matched to both the client's technical skills requirements and the culture
Directly contacting both active and passive overseas candidates through voice calling
Referrals and Resourcing: searching Bullhorn, LinkedIn P.R. and web registrations, sourcing new candidates through market mapping and headhunting, where relevant
Conducting reference checking as required
Admin and QA: assisting in resume formatting, work rights checking and general resume submission requirements
Ensuring all activities are recorded correctly in Bullhorn to the required standard
To qualify for this role, you are required to have:
At least 2-3 years of solid US Technical Recruitment experience
Experience and strong capabilities in the following:
Spending a large amount of time on the phone connecting with candidates to conduct screenings. You must be comfortable making outbound calls.
End-to-end recruitment cycle
Using headhunting tools, especially Bullhorn
Using complex Boolean searches
Working in manufacturing/logistics/supply chain, preferably
Great interpersonal skills
Diligence in recording activity, excellent organization skills and keen attention to detail
The ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and to stay positive while working
Independent and team working skills
Willingness to work the night shift, following US hours
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and oral
