US TALENT SOURCER
 
The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for making outbound calls, text messages and emails to passive candidates, screening them for potential job opportunities and scheduling them with the appropriate Recruiter while providing ongoing customer service to ensure a successful interview process.
To be successful as a Talent Sourcer you should be able to build instant rapport, have excellent listening skills, be self-motivated, competitive and strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills.
With Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Talent Sourcing for either Local or International market. US Recruitment experience is a plus.
Applicants with at least 6 months of BPO (Voice) experience working for a US based Outbound Sales LOB (Line of Business), will also be considered.
Willing to handle volume outbound calls.
Can work onsite and work on a US shift: 8am to 5pm PST or 8am to 5pm EST
Night shift experience is preferred
Good time management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
Job Description:
Interact with potential candidates on social media, professional networks, job boards, and other platforms.
Use talk tracks and phone scripts to make outbound calls to recruit talent.
Craft and send emails to potential candidates.
Coordinate with the recruiters to determine job position requirements.
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search).
Place follow up calls to talents to confirm interviews either the night before or the same day of the interview.
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Ask for referrals from potential candidates.
Promote the client brand while qualifying candidates.
Communicate with past/passive applicants regarding new job opportunities.
Lead mining/generation (source out potential candidates through various channels).
Ensure that individual KPI targets are met consistently every month.
Interview Process:
First: Initial Interview Phone/Virtual
Second: Sourcing TL and/or Sourcing Manager Interview
Final: US Management Interview
Please expect a phone call interview from 8am-2pm Local PH Time, Mon-Fri, except holidays and weekends if selected for the screening process.
