MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a US Talent Acquisition (TA) Associate!
General Description: The US Talent Acquisition Associate is an entry-level position in the organization. The US TA Associate will help the Talent Acquisition team meet the hiring demands of MedSpecialized and its clients by conducting end-to-end process of recruitment for US candidates-from sourcing leads to filtering based on our standard processes up until the facilitating discussions.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift; Office-based
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Handle end to end recruitment for US clients
Sourcing and screening of candidates
Invite candidates and administer tests
Directly communicate with US clients for manpower needs
Send daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports
Schedule applicants for interviews with requestors
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Psychology, Human Resources or any related course.
Strong English communication skills in oral and written
Knowledge in google and Microsoft tools
Must be willing to work in a graveyard shift.
Efficient in scheduling interviews with different time zones
Good time management skills
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Willing to work in Cebu Business Park and IT park
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 18,000 - 22,000 (Plus incentives)
New hire bonus of 5,000
